Emails are processed during off-business hours:

We strive to reply within 48 hours, however it may take longer depending on email volume and priority.
Not every email will receive a reply.
We are a small team of corgi owners who do this in our spare time as volunteers. Please note that we do not guarantee a response due to our busy lives and other commitments.
